Refund & Cancellation Policy – SQS Enterprises

SQS Enterprises, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions.

1. Nature of Business

We operate as a B2B wholesale supplier, and most orders are processed directly through manufacturers.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are placed with the manufacturer.

• Once the order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

• Order not processed or fulfilled

• Payment received but product unavailable

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

• Order already dispatched by manufacturer

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Incorrect order placed by customer

4. Damaged or Defective Products

• Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Replacement or resolution will depend on supplier/manufacturer policies.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
